Is it possible to have, along side the Seen, Removed, Vandalised notes, a Temporarily Unavailable tag?
And maybe the map marker could have a coloured ring around it, to indicate its status?

Fortunately, it was now available, but up until a few months ago, it was completely covered up for restoration.
For a mural that is temporarily unavailable, an indication that it might not be there would be helpful for people going to see it. Similarly, having the ability to report that it is obscured would also be helpful, so a local hunter can check it out.
Now, it is possible that the obscuring it is because the building is about to be demolished or renovated, in which case the mural can be removed. Or it might be that the road in front of it is being torn up for a cycle path. Either of those cases might be what’s going on here:
But being able to alert hunters about the art’s lack of availability would be handy.
