In the future, we hope to let hunters add tags too, and make these updates visible on the website. This is all part of ongoing conversations about how we keep street art info clear and useful.
This might help with things like adding artist crews info and more in the future.

If we add tags here, will these be vissible on the artwork page too? Or will there be some type connection between the artist and artwork tags?
For instance Artist nationality, it of course makes way more sence to add it to the artist page then the artwork page. But can we then still search for, and find, a list of artworks from artist that have X nationality? Will the artist nationality be removed from the marker page set of tags?
I can imagine the artist tags being a subset of the marker tags. In displaying a marker page, the artist tags get loaded from the artist profile and added to the marker tags shown. This way they also would not have to be edited on the marker page if the artist page tags are changed. I also don’t know what this would mean for load times of a marker.
Maybe going forward it would be a possiblity for a hunter to add artist tags when creating a new artist or adding an artwork for an artist that does not have (all) tags filled yet? I think changing or correcting an artist marker tag should always stay an Admin job.
Biggest challenge with that way of thinking would probably be a marker that has more then one artist.
