Finally getting around to trying this feature while traveling in Europe.
Unfortunately I seem stuck in an auth loop; I’m on the latest version (4.5.7 I think), on Android, Pixel 9
- In the app, as far as I can tell, I am ALREADY logged in. I can view my profile in the app.
- I hit the “suggest artwork” button
- I briefly see the two tabs for My suggestions and Suggestion show up
- An auth check is conducted and the app concludes I’m not logged in, asking for my email
- the email with the magic-link for login arrives, I click
- I’m logged into the mobile browser (Chrome)
However, at this point, the mobile app still does not register me as logged in. And I have searched through the mobile-web version on the app and cannot find a place to submit suggestions.
I develop mobile apps (and don’t like them ;p), so I’ll log out of the mobile app and try again to see if it behaves.
- I logout
- I log-in, after getting a new magic-link
- that works and I get the log-in popup in the app.
- I hit suggest artwork and… bam, back to the log-in prompt

Hi Tom,
That’s annoying! I’ve recently done some work to make the transfer of auth information between the app and web views better, and this will be released in the app update planned for early next week.
Hopefully that will improve the situation. Apologies for the wait!

Does this exist on the website, or only the phone app? I tried to add an artwork a while ago that the system thinks is far enough outside my city to turn into a suggestion for a different city instead. But then I forgot that I’d already uploaded that one, so suggested it again a second time yesterday! Now that I’ve discovered that the phone app can show me the list of previous suggestions, I’ll be able to avoid that in future, but it would be even nicer if that was in the web version too. Not sure if it’s there somewhere and I just can’t find it, or is phone-only for now.
Oh, sorry for replying to my own message, but I’ve worked out now that I can go directly to the Past Suggestions page if I know the URL for it.
I’m still curious if that’s linked from anywhere that I was overlooking, or just a URL I need to bookmark, but that at least solves the immediate issue! 
It’s not linked from anywhere at the moment, which is a really good point! I’m adding it to the development schedule!

It’s already a big, big, big plus that previous comments are saved!
When I have a bit more time, I’ll try to give a reason why I reject a suggested artwork. The comment/feedback goes straight to their email, right?
It would be nice if we could also select Resend and have the link https://streetartcities.com/webviews/suggest-artworkautomatically included by clicking a button.
