This is a great update and works perfectly after the bug fixes. Now I hope a hunter will unlock the street art.
Hi there!
Very good idea. But what if there is no active hunter at the moment. I have been to Vienna again last week. I tried to add some up dates to the hunter (Yppenmarkt an Saddo at Westbahnstr.) We will see…
But, as well, I found a new Tabby (see photo) and some other artworks/ places, which I would love to share. If you like you can give me the ability to add them myself (for some days). Or any idea?
Colorful greetings, Anja
Yes, works smoothly. Added a nice find (credits to @IsabelleVirot
) to London.
I’ve provided you temporary hunter access until the end of next month. Thank you!
Hi Thomas,
Thanks. I have updated and added some artworks. What a shame that Vienna has no active hunter(s) at the moment… sunny greetings
Anja
Hi Thomas,
I upload a photo of a mural from Inti in Ibiza that a friend of mine saw, using the new “suggest artwork” feature.
I talk to María José to know the hunter of the place, but there is no one now, so i’m trying to find it to confirm it, but I don’t found in any place.
Could help me to do it? The “sugget” was made on Saturday 25th of April from vy Nuria ([email protected]) and this image:

Yes, at least on iPhone.
I try also in the phone (iphone IOS18.1.1) and the app 4.5.7, going to
my profile>heads symbols->follow suggestions
and I see a long list, but not the mural of Inti in Ibiza or the name of
my friend’s suggester, Ruina.
Any other way to search for it?
In my opinion, suggested artworks should only be allowed when the artist is known (at least for now).
This could help avoid spam sessions with the “Unknown – Cities " form, which seem to be increasing rather than decreasing.
Recently, I came across a suggested artwork in London consisting of a huge wall covered with different graffiti pieces. I don’t think this is the direction we want to go in( not because of the graffiti, just because of the lack of info / and a photo which goes into the guidelines).
Cleaning up uploads like these takes a lot of time and knowledge, especially in cities without active hunters.
Of course, not everyone may agree with this point of view, I’m simply speaking from my own experience cleaning up cities :).
Hi Lulo, I’ve just accepted this suggestion, it’s now listed on the Ibiza site here:
I understand your point, and agree we don’t really want those works to immediately be just added to the map like that.
It depends on the hunter though, I think - some hunters might see a suggested artwork with no further details and might discard it, others might choose to use that as an opportunity to properly go hunt it. Both are totally valid, as they are just suggestions that the hunter can either action or not.
So I would personally not add more requirements around it, at least not yet in this early stage.
Is there a way of letting the suggester know if a piece is rejected? Or, at the very least, let the suggester know that there are works still to be assessed? The reason I ask is that I suggested several in Penge the other week, but only about half have been accepted. It is possible that the others were rejected, or they didn’t upload properly.
I’ve added a little ‘My suggestions’ button in the ‘Suggest an artwork’ screen, which shows your historical suggestions.
For suggestions that will be accepted from now onwards, it will show a link to the live version of the artwork.
I don’t want to show declines, since we don’t specifically want to push hunters and country managers too hard to immediately take action on every suggestion. A hunter might choose to ignore the original suggestion but use it as an opportunity to go hunt the artwork themselves.
In addition, it’s possible to suggest something for an area where currently no hunters are active, so explaining that to a casual visitor seems like a lot.
But at least you can now verify whether your suggestions were uploaded correctly! Thanks, very good suggestion!
Thnaks Thomas,
only a small change: the photographer is “Ruina” not me.
Cheers
C’est vraiment une excellente idée Thomas ![]()
Is it possible to show the artist field? Like this we can prioritize which ones we handle (and skip like empty artist fields / unknown )?
Buenas noches:
Pero si no hay cazadores en la ciudad ni la ciudad está registrada, ¿por qué no subir las imágenes? Yo en Pavía (Italia), fotografié varias piezas y no se han incorporado a la plataforma.
Un saludo,
Roberto Cuadros
This has to be done by the administrators.
Please understand that not everything can be done immediately.
There are a massive load of community notes / suggestions which needs to be handled.
Nice idea, I’ve added this, along with the address.
Tx Mate! Sometimes I have my good moments:)).
