Hey all,
As promised, here’s a summary of the survey results. Thanks to everyone who participated.
Who responded:
Mix of hunters, country managers, and casual users. Most of you use the app weekly or during trips rather than daily.
What you love most:
Discovering new art, the community, and the feeling of contributing to something real. The map and the thrill of the hunt came up repeatedly.
What’s frustrating or missing:
There’s little reason to open the app between trips or hunts. Better progress tracking and personal statistics were commonly requested.
What would make you open the app more:
Notifications about nearby art, progress/achievement tracking, and social features. But also: curated routes and discovery suggestions.
What would make you NOT want to use it:
Anything that feels forced, competitive in the wrong way, or prioritizes quantity over quality. Ads and paywalls on core features were a hard no.
What I’m looking into next:
Based on your input and the research so far, I’m exploring a few directions:
- Tracking and rewarding consistent use (without it feeling like a chore)
- Collection/completionism mechanics tied to locations
- Curated art routes and discovery features
- A quality-based reputation system for contributors
Nothing is set in stone, the whole point is that your input shapes what gets built. I’ll keep you posted as the design takes shape.
Thanks again,
Noa
