It is now possible to request a new city directly from the Cities page. This takes away one of the last things people had to come to the forum to request. Like with all other edits on the website, your role decides whether the city is automatically created (in your country if you’re a Country Manager) or goes into the review queue.
There are now also more edit tools available on city pages. You can request a change of the map center point, move far-away markers, add alternative names, and manage hunters if you’re a country manager.
This is all in support of two of our main goals this year:
- Make it possible for the community to self-run without needing the founders to be involved for almost everything
- Merge the dashboards and the website, so it is easier to manage SAC in one place
