Hello, I have a problem with my profile settings. I would like to put my own email address in the first place and name my wife’s as an alternative. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work. Greetings from Hannover

Could I just check what profile settings screen you’re talking about? The hunter dashboard?

Ah, I see, you mean here on the forum.

I think it will work in this way:

  1. First remove your own email (currently set as secondary)
  2. Use the wrench icon next to the other email address and update it to your own
  3. Re-add your wife’s email address as an alternative/second email address

Hello Thomas, I had already tried this route, but unfortunately does not work because I do not receive the announced mail (I also checked the spam). Is it possible that my email account is blocked after my first unsuccessful login attempt, or is connected to me as another user? An indication of this could be that I appear twice as Hunter on the map, once as Volker and once as Volker Kemmling. Anyway, I hope that the problem can be solved, otherwise I will continue with my wife’s email account.

Hallo Thomas, leider kann ich immer noch nicht die E-Mail Adresse andern. Ich konnte zwar meine eigene E-Mail (volker.kemmling@t-online.de) als Alternative löschen, allerdings endet der Versuch die von Dagmar.Redder@gmx.de zu ändern, stets mit der Nachricht das mir eine E-Mail zugesandt wurde und ich den darin enthaltenen Anweisungen folgen soll. Dies ist mit allerdings nicht möglich, da ich eine entsprechende Mail nicht bekomme (Spam habe ich geprüft).
Vielleicht könnt ihr das ja korrigieren und in diesem Zusammenhang auch den Usernamen ändern. Schön wäre es auch, wenn ihr in der Karte “Volker” als Hunter löschen würdet. Dieser Eintrag entstammt wahrscheinlich immer noch meinem ersten (fehlgeschlagenen) Versuch mich anzumelden - und von “Volker” gab es bislang noch keine Beiträge und wird es auch in Zukunft nicht geben, da ich weiter unter “Volker Kemmling” auf die Suche nach neuen Murals gehe.
