Problem loading an Artist

Hi Guys,

I am encountering a Problem on the app, when I search and click on the artist “AMOK” to show the artist-page. The App shows that it’s loading, but it does not come to an end.

I tried the same on the browser and it works fine there.

Do you have the same behaviour?

Gabo, yes the same thing happens to me too, I wonder if it is something to do with the fact that there are two artist names “AMOK” and “Amok”. On my iPhone, on the app, I can load “Amok”, but not “AMOK”. For “AMOK” I just get a blank screen and a spinning symbol.

Both load ok on the website.

So, it’s not just you.

I’ve finally taken a look at this.

Turns out it’s a bug in the app related to the internal name of this artist (amok-1). The app doesn’t like numbers at the end of the name, for some unimportant historical reasons.

I’ve created a fix for this, and we’ll release an app update with this fix and some other bugfixes soon!
