Who are those people who are not part of street art community in the city and who add post without any knowledge of the scene.

He also adds his posts without respecting existing posts.

Our community continues to grow, so we gradually welcome new hunters. Off course not every new hunter has all the knowledge, but we try to slect carefully. Passion is key.
May I suggest we connect you guyst through email, and who knows you might form a good hunting team in Belgrado? We’ve seen it before in other cities.

It would be useful and polite to first ask the people who have spent a large amount of time, effort and money to improve Street Art Cities and present their city in the best possible way.
It would be good to have a look at AlexSRB site and selection criteria. No need for emails.
