When no “Date created” is entered, the Date Created field shows correctly as “blank” on the web version, but for the mobile app it displays incorrectly as “01/01/1970”.
Could this be fixed to correctly show as “blank” or “empty”.

Or maybe just add the year without the exact date, since some artist mention the year only.

So will it be hidden only if it is empty, or hidden even if a Created Date is provided?
