I’ve been hunting in Ipswich today, and was looking through all the works i added, when I noticed something. Have a look at the photo credits on this page:
It has my name down twice, but if you look carefully…
…you’ll see the second one has an additional character, a space, at the end (look at the position of the full stop).
I’ve been able to recreate this error on another mural.
After I had entered my name once or twice, SAOS started appearing as a suggested text above my keypad:
You’ll notice that a single SAOS also appears underneath the photo credits box. If Iselect SAOS from the suggested text above my keypad, you’ll see that it is now in the photo credit box…
…but it now has a space after it. (I tried to get a screenshot with the cursor appearing after the flash, but it didn’t work. But trust me, the space is there).
So, the next time I went to add a photo credit, not one option for SAOS appeared…
…but two, and I have no idea which one has the space!
Anyway, long story short, is it possible that when entering any text in any field (be it photo credit, artist, title, whatever), can any spaces after the final character be automatically stripped?
