Hunter permission request

@Streetartwerpenaar and country managers in Ireland, UK, and Italy; please consider enabling hunter access to Dublin, Oxford, Coventry, Bergamo and Milan.

In December 2025 in Germany, I learned of StreetArtCities. However, I have a long-standing love of street art (and have many Pinterest boards with work from around the globe).

While travelling in Europe in Nov/Dec, I captured multiple artworks with precise locations, which I would love to add.

Please consider. Thank you.
Andrew

Coventry hunter here. If you’re coming to Coventry, do try and find time to visit nearby Nuneaton (to the north) and Leamington Spa (to the south). And, if you’ve got the time, Leicester has a MASSIVE amount of incredible murals, including the tallest on in the UK (over 20 storeys high)

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your message. Hunting in other cities is very delicate as written in our blog:

and also in a post on this forum.

This doesn’t mean we don’t allow it.
So let’s start with one city first so you can upload your pictures.

Thank you.

May I suggest Oxford, UK (which at present has zero images and zero hunters), for which I have seven (7) photos?

Thank you

SAOS,
Thank you for the suggestions, but I visited last December and will not be back for some time.
I did photograph 5 artworks which are currently not on the SAC site.

Thanks again for your suggestions and kind regards
Andrew

Which ones are these? I thought i had seen all of them, but every now and then I stumble across a few more. It sounds like there may indeed be more to see…

Great, you have temporary acces until the end of March

Tim, Thank you for the temporary access to Oxford. I have added images. Please review.

(I did the same with Warrnambool in Australia).

If satisfactory, would you please consider granting temporary access to Bergamo Italy?
I have seven (7) images which are currently not on the site. Thank you. Kind regards,
Andrew

Andrew, done you have now temporary acces to Bergamo

Tim, Thank you so much. I have added six images. When I walk or cycle, I use Strava which retains precise locations. Unfortunately, I can’t locate several piece, so have not uploaded.

My apologies, but while checking an artwork in nearby Milan, I mistakenly added it. While it appears on the map accurately in Milan, it also appears in the artwork list for Bergamo.

Does “Delete Marker” remove the artwork?

I have six artworks in Milan. including another Nabla & Zibe not currently on the site. I presume that these are best added via a Milan hunter profile. Please advise.

I also have a few others from Coventry and London. Can I use the Community interface to pass them to a local hunter or Country Manager? Please advise. Thank you.

I have benefitted so much from the site since I first encountered it in Germany in December, that I am glad that I have been able to contribute to its ongoing accuracy.

Kind regards
Andrew

SAOS,
Thanks for the offer to help

I have other images, but let’s try with this one and if the process is acceptable, I can send the others with specific addresses.

Artist: Lo Cole
Location: Priory Place (near the “Water Window”)
Year: 2005
Photo: Stratamour
Description: a glass panel in shades of blue and green, depicting stylised people enjoying the literature, activities, food and wine of Coventry.

Please advise if this is the best way to add items, and confirm if you need anything else.

Thank you,
Andrew W Morse

Private message is fine.

I’ve not seen that one before… that’s by the BBC Coventry and Warwickshire Radio place, right?

Edited to add:

Found it on Google Street, partially hidden by a marker

I’ll get it added

Here you are! If there are any corrections needed, please let me know.

I’ll have to go there and see it for myself!

Nice to see this connection and collaboration unfold, this is what it’s all about guys! :raising_hands:t2:
