Hello there from Cheltenham

Hi Street art community, I have just started out as a hunter in my home town of Cheltenham which just happens to be the location of one of the best street art festivals in the world :sign_of_the_horns:

Just starting to get my head around the app and the forums etc, so wanted to say high and link up with as many of you awesome people as possible. Any friend of street art is a friend of mine.

One question for the experienced folks out there, what am I doing wrong with the follow button? If I follow a hunter or country manager they appear in my following list, if i follow an artist they don’t appear?

I am sure this is a me problem :zany_face: !

Hey there, and welcome to the platform. Andrew from Melbourne, Australia here.

I cannot explain the issue you are having, but I can tell you it isn’t just you, I just checked my Following list too and mine is the same, I can see Cities and Hunters I am following, but not artists, so it isn’t a “you problem”. Hopefully one of the technical guys can chime in with the reason.

Welcome to our family, been checking your uploads and they look great.

Have my doubts of Cheltenham has the best street art festival in the world, but hey I love that pride :heart_hands:

Regarding that follow artist issue, sounds like our dev team needs to have a look.

Thanks for the upload feedback, trying to put the best research I can behind the posts.

Haha, you are right about my pride for Cheltenham and the festival, we still have lots of blank spaces so maybe we can convince you yet :zany_face:

Welcome to the community!

Thanks so much for flagging the follow bug! Turns out if you follow an artist in the app, it currently thinks you’re trying to follow a user that doesn’t exist!

A fix for this has been created, and should be released in the next few weeks in the next app updated.
