I was wondering if there are any street art festival that are still open for artist to be part on the second semester of 2019 in Europe.

If I was an artist and I would like to be featured, I would download the Street Art Cities app and check out all the events this year and write them an e-mail? One big mail to all in bcc with a nice proposal how you can add value to the festival.
