Further issues with Search for Organization tags

I am now having a different issue when I try and search for an Organization tag.

I get the following message (see screenshot).

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I have tried three different browsers and multiple organization tag values.

i got the same issue, ( on web site, using PC)

and confirms this fails for any tag with the same error.

tags like artwork_type , keywords , camera_used are also failing the same
the server responds an error 500
for like:

as any of the tags presented under page World map - Street Art Cities
