I have been unable to get my Melbourne hunter dashboard Artworks screen to load for the last 15 minutes or so, just sits with the spinning wheel and won’t load any artworks.
Hi Andrew! Sorry that’s happening - I saw something pop up in our internal error monitoring tool at around the same time.
Seems to be some error in Firefox whilst reading the SAC login cookie - would you be able to try clearing your cookies and seeing if that helps? Sorry!

I deleted all Cookies, shut down Chrome (I’m using Chrome not Firefox) signed in again, but it is still just presenting the spinning wheel and not loading any artworks.
Not sure if it’s related but my Adelaide hunter (Calli M) also reported today that on the App when she looks at her city (Adelaide) she sees no artworks at all on the map.
The attached was the screenshot that Calli sent me (this was about 5 hours ago) - at the time I could see artworks in Adelaide on the map.
I am getting the same symptom on the app on my phone when I go into Hunter mode too, yet Neda reckons her app is working ok.
Also, If it helps you troubleshoot, the Dashboard and Routes screens load ok for me, but the Artworks, Places and Team screens do not.
Ah, I see - apologies, I assumed that error I saw was you.
I’ve found the issue - we were trying to load too many items all at once - Melbourne must be one of the largest cities on the platform now in terms of artworks! Should be fixed now, thanks for stress testing the platform and apologies for the interruption!
I’ll have a separate look into this later - I think it’s unrelated to the other issue. For me the app shows markers in Adelaide too, so might take a bit more digging to find out what might be going on there.

Does the presence of that “Subscribe to get access …” box on her screenshot mean she isn’t signed in properly?
I think so - if she signs in with the same email she uses for her Hunter account, it should unlock the paid features automatically.
Thomas, Calli has tried again today and still cannot see any artwork icons via the app, she says she is logging on with the same email address she applied to be a hunter with. She has re-logged in with this account.
I had her check on the website and she can see art icons there no problems, I also asked her to check another city and she checked Melbourne on the app and also could see no artwork icons for Melbourne so it appears to be an app issue rather than an “Adelaide” city issue.
Please let me know what else to suggest to her.

We have resolved the issue Calli was having, it was to do with the Map Filters.
common mistake, even I fell for that one once
