I wanted to let everyone know that we’ve fixed a problem with our community emails. Since June 11th, some emails weren’t being forwarded correctly by our system. We’re really sorry if your hunted missed your messages during this time.
This is really a bad issue, and obviously unacceptable.
The bug is now sorted out, and we’ve added extra alerts to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thanks for being patient with us as we keep working to make Street Art Cities better for everyone (and thanks for everyone that pointed this out - I really appreciate it so much!)
During the Country Manager meeting tomorrow, I’d love your input around whether we should automatically re-send some of the emails that weren’t properly forwarded, or whether this would cause more chaos than it’s worth.
I know the email system has caused confusion in the past, and hopefully we can continue making it better, clearer and easier to use.
