Can't create Events

Hi, I have tried to add Events to the Events page recently but cannot?
I don’t get any error message when I click ‘Save Changes’, the button appears to click but nothing happens?
I’m getting this on my phone and on my laptop.
Is there an issue with the Events page? Or is creating new events blocked / restricted?

New events need to be approved by admins. Which one did you add?

I’ve tried to add 2:
LookUp Portsmouth, which has been added by an admin.
