Can I publish a mural that has already been published?
I’m not sure if I am missing the intent of your question, but if I understand it correctly, then my answer is that you shouldn’t publish a mural that has already been published because that would create a duplicate entry. The platform does not stop you from adding a duplicate entry though, so it is up to the hunter to check that the mural is not already published before adding one.
If you have updates to make to a mural (eg more up to date photos, more details about the mural or identifying an unidentified artist) if you have hunter access to the city you can edit the existing artwork - that said, you may also choose to contact the hunter for the existing artwork before making updates out of courtesy if they are still an active hunter.
