I (A Hunter for Paris) frequently visit different cities and come across artworks not on the map.
How can I get these authentication for others cities (example I found pieces in several cities in France, Finland, Sweden, etc…)?

Like what I mention to you by email, authorizations are given city by city for experimented Hunters.
The idea is to contribute in a first city, to understand the spirit of the app, and then after a period of time, to ask temporary access city by city.
