Sometimes when you upload an artwork as an artist, it ends up appearing in a different city. Super annoying, especially if you’re about to share it with the media, the council, or anyone else.
But don’t worry, here’s what’s going on 
Our system works with defined cities, these are places that have already been created in the database and have dedicated hunters maintaining them.
If your artwork is uploaded in a location that’s undefined (meaning that city doesn’t exist yet in our system), it automatically gets linked to the nearest existing city.
The fix
No stress, our admins can easily sort it out!
We just need to create the missing city and move your artwork to the correct spot.
