Artwork not showing on map

I’ve identified the issue: our media service, which generates the small marker icons for the map based on the uploaded images for an artwork, sometimes fails to generate these marker icons. As a result, no marker is shown. We had a placeholder icon for such cases, but it wasn’t working correctly, leading to the absence of markers.

I’ve now adjusted the logic so that fallback markers will display correctly. Once this change is live(probably tomorrow), the markers will appear as shown in the screenshot below.

I’m still investigating how to handle these failed marker image generation more effectively, but this change ensures that markers will at least be visible and clickable on the map.

I and a friend of mine, had this same issue to add an artwork, and it is not shown on the map. But we don’t even have the red bullet.
Here are 2 examples, but I have many more, what’s the aim to add artwork and it is not shown:
