Any chance of adding videos?

Hi! I’m here in Cov, watching Dynamickart doing a new mural, and doing a spot of hyperlapse filming of him painting.

It occurred to me that it would be brilliant if this sort of thing could be added to the mural page. Is this possible?

If not, I’ll just upload it to YouTube and provide links

Not directly, no, but indeed if you upload it to YouTube or Vimeo, you can use the ‘Video link’ tag to add it. That will automatically display a thumbnail etc.

We’ve decided to do it that way rather than allowing videos directly onto the platform because:

  1. Video hosting is really expensive!
  2. Resizing and converting videos so that it works for all platforms and devices is pretty hard to do well
