All about... Routes =)

Hey everyone,

I have a couple of questions regarding routes. I recently created my first route since there were no routes in Heidelberg. While working on a larger bike route, I noticed there’s a maximum of 18 routing points. Is this limit intentional, or could it be expanded? I tried creating a second route to continue, but it was a bit inconvenient.

My second question is: where can regular users find these routes? I might have missed it, but I couldn’t locate them anywhere.

I’d appreciate your help in answering these questions.

Hi @LookingAround, when you open the app and navigate to Heidelberg, you’ll see a button for routes. Take a look at the screenshot I shared for reference. The limit is in place to ensure the routes remain manageable. Hope this helps

Oh, that looks different from what I see. I don’t have the “Routes” tab… I’ve attached a screenshot so you can take a look.

In Mannheim, where I’m not a hunter, I can see the “Routes” button. So maybe the issue is that hunters can’t see the routes in their own city?

I did a check as a hunter, I can see both the routes and the hunter buttons (see screenshot). I checked both on Android phone (screenshot) and IPad ios, works on both for me.

Now it’s up to Noa I guess to figure out why you don’t see it

I came accross this Topic by accident and it’s a bit of time since the last reply. maybe the problem was solved. I remember, when I was editing my first route, The problem was similar. You cannot see the routes button, when there is no route established. It appears when the first route is saved.
