Add hunter for Glenrowan

Hello,

Could I please be added as a hunter for Glenrowan, Victoria, Australia? The city already exists on SAC and has no dedicated hunter.

Also, what was the concensus for how many artworks need to be in a location to justify creating a city on SAC? If no limit, could we please create city Bright (in Victoria, Australia) and add me as a hunter? There are currently 3 pieces there.
