Error message_Artwork guideline Page doesnt exist

I have encountered two similar errors where the linked page can not be found when trying to

  • access the artwork guidelines when creating a new artwork (error 1809)
  • access learn more in the advanced details in an artwork (error 1608)

just letting you know about this issue.

Hi Evi! Is it possible you weren’t signed in at the time?

Those two guides (first one, second one) are in our hunters-only section of the forum, and therefore not visible when you’re not signed in.

Although it just says “could not find page” in that case, which is very confusing! (There is a security reason for why the forum software works like that, but in this case that’s just confusing and doesn’t protect anyone…)

Hello Thomas, thanks for the insight.

I was logged in to the hunters dashboard as I was editing an artwork and didnt realize I had to log in to the forum seperately (which also doesnt feel intuitive to me :)).
Now that I am logged in on both parts of the website I can access them without a problem.
