# Assign and comment on review queue items

We just made reviewing suggestions a bit smoother.

Until now, if you were working on a suggestion in the review queue, other reviewers had no way of knowing. Multiple people could end up reviewing the same thing, or you might want a second opinion but had nowhere to leave it.

Now you can:

- **Assign yourself** to a review queue item, so others know it’s being handled. The assignment lasts 7 days.
- **Comment** directly on a suggestion to discuss it with other reviewers.

While an item is assigned to someone, only they can accept or reject it. Everyone else will see a little note showing who’s handling it.

Comments work just like regular artwork comments: you can mention people, and the assignee and anyone mentioned will get notified.
